is home to a large collection of English and American antiques. Located
on Front Street , the town's coastal location at the confluence of
three rivers - the Great Pee Dee , Waccamaw and Sampit - has played a
big part in its history. In the mid 1800s, Georgetown was a center for
the cultivation of rice and indigo. Stop in at the Rice Museum on Front
